Requirements
- 2+ years of Revenue Operations experience at a growing SaaS company
- Salesforce experience – able to effectively manage a complex deployment with various customizations, integrations, and automations (strong system design knowledge)
- Experience owning initiatives from ideation to completion and ongoing management
- Experience working closely with Sales teams, including training new hires and effectively speaking to key processes and data
- Ability to prioritize effectively and get things done in an unstructured environment
- Willingness to work in person at our NYC headquarters with the team 4-5 days / week
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage processes for Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams to help EliseAI most efficiently scale
- Manage and improve our Salesforce instance (across custom objects, automations, etc.)
- Maintain critical systems across our tech stack and ensure data integrity across multiple integrations (HubSpot, IronClad, Clay, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, etc.)
- Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Implementation to ensure alignment on company goals
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or private equity a plus
