Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in sales/revenue functions and CRM expertise.
- 2+ years of Salesforce experience and proficiency with sales software.
Responsibilities
- Support B2B users in Salesforce, optimize tech stack, including improving the workflows currently in place with Salesforce and owning the diligence of additional platforms. Own Revenue process documentation & verification in our knowledge base. Manage Revenue team’s existing tech stack (i.e. Salesforce, ZoomInfo, eTail Insights, Guru, Sales Navigator, etc). – (30%)
- Manage revenue pipeline reporting and respond to business inquiries regarding revenue and merchant onboarding. – (30%)
- Develop reporting and analytical framework, track sales & process metrics, and coordinate process implementation and adoption. Coordinate with revenue teams and senior leadership on new process implementation, adoption and measurement. – (30%)
- Coordinate with revenue teams and senior leadership on new process implementation, adoption and measurement. Auditing existing revenue processes and constantly driving efficiency & productivity. – (10%)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field of study or equivalent, relevant work experience
- 8+ years of relevant work experience.
- Salesforce Administrator experience helpful.
- Work experience in the B2B SaaS or Finance sectors is a plus.
