Requirements
- 8+ years’ experience at a research agency or in an in-house research role leading end-to-end custom research (i.e. questionnaire design, survey programming, data analysis, reporting, and presenting)
- Deep experience designing and executing a range of quantitative research methodologies, including but not limited to value proposition tests, concept testing, conjoint / discrete choice analysis, TURF analysis, cluster / segmentation analysis and maxdiff analysis
- Proficiency with at least one statistical software tool (SPSS, Q, SAS, R, Matlab) to support data-driven insights
- Strong project management experience with the ability to manage several projects at the same time
- Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills required
Responsibilities
- Lead a wide range of research initiatives across the full project lifecycle, from developing proposals to report delivery
- Drive successful project execution, collaborating with the Mastercard Advisors and ARC team members to coordinate project logistics and ensure all project deliverables are delivered to clients on time
- Help lead and develop a team of talented researchers, providing training when necessary and giving meaningful feedback on all aspects of a project
- Ability to manage vendor relationships to ensure research is executed on schedule and within budget
Preferred Qualifications
- Some experience with qualitative research, specifically In-depth Interviews and Focus Groups is preferred
- Knowledge of Project Management tools preferred
