Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2 years of industry experience
  • Demonstrated interest in the Wealth Management field
  • Client service experience and aptitude strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and written/oral communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact point for high-net-worth clients
  • Manage day-to-day activities of the RM’s client base
  • Ensure client needs are being met and that BBH services are properly delivered
  • Work with Relationship Managers to obtain prospects
  • Assist Relationship Manager or Office Head with presentations for client meetings
  • Participate in prospect and client meetings
  • Coordinate all core portfolio activities
  • Serve as primary interface on behalf of clients with the central management teams within BBH
  • Identify accounts that should be re-balanced or re-papered
  • Create client meeting materials
  • Manage all non-strategic decisions
  • Interact with 3rd party service providers
  • Troubleshoot client account issues
  • Elevate all at-risk issues to RM or OM
  • Ensure total compliance at the account level
  • Initiate all account maintenance activities
  • Oversee Administrative Assistant efforts
  • Document start of relationship
  • Ensure client account materials are up to date and accurate
  • Act as the go-to person for RA/AA questions
  • Foster a positive atmosphere within the office and with clients
  • Consistently represent professional behavior and etiquette
  • Manage self to develop professionally and personally
  • Ensure adherence of clients and staff to agreed-upon terms of relationship
  • Work to retain and grow revenues
  • Take on additional special projects
  • Keep abreast of internal/external market activity
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge concerning investment management, banking, trust and estate planning, specialized lending services, and overall market trends
