Requirements
- 6+ years of a successful track record of supporting deal closures in high tech / SaaS environments
- Familiarity with common sales tools, including Salesforce.com
- Experience working directly with partners as part of the sales process with the ability to develop and grow deep and productive partner relationships
- Excellent presentation and communication skills and the ability to boil down complex topics into clear and easily understandable messages.
- Expertise on deal mechanics, funnel and conversion
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the partner business expansion from within a sales region by connecting prospects to partner services on their path to becoming Red Canary customers.
- Have familiarity with partner ecosystems giving field teams a meaningful lever to convert stuck deals into delighted customers.
- Understand and support field opportunities in region and connect them with partner resources to support deal closure
- Identify and assist in onboarding new regional partners, including MSP’s and Solution Providers.
- Collaborate with Marketing to represent Partner needs and influence regional marketing priorities.
- Enable our field sellers to use partner processes and ensure that interaction between internal and external teams is efficient and effective
- Be an expert resource on our partner ecosystems through a deep understanding of partner service catalogs, personalities, and ideal opportunities for them to be involved
