Responsibilities
- Elevate the candidate experience by ensuring every interaction reflects our values and commitment to excellence
- Optimize and streamline recruiting operations to accelerate our ability to hire great people at scale
- Enable interviewers and hiring managers to perform at their best through thoughtful coordination and process support
- Build and maintain robust internal resources like knowledge center libraries that empower the entire hiring team
- Serve as the point person for technical assessments, ensuring our evaluation tools like CoderPad are deployed effectively and fairly
- Pilot and implement tools—including AI-powered solutions—that modernize and improve our hiring workflows
- Be a key partner in onboarding, helping new hires transition smoothly and begin contributing quickly
- Represent the Mark43 brand at events and in communications, showcasing our mission and culture to prospective talent
