Requirements

- Experience with manual and automated test cases to validate system functionality, performance, and compliance with requirements
- Experience with AI prompts for the creation of new automated test cases
- Strong foundation in software testing methodologies
- Test automation frameworks
- Defect tracking processes
- Experience in leveraging AI-enabled testing tools
- Proficiency with AI-enhanced platforms such as AI-enabled Selenium, which uses machine learning for adaptive test execution and element recognition
- AI-enabled Redwood, which supports self-healing test automation and intelligent error prediction
- Ability to design and execute comprehensive test cases for functional, regression, and performance testing across web and enterprise applications
- Familiarity with Selenium AI/ML Layer Plugins such as self-healing tests, dynamic element identification, visual testing, smart test generation, and impact analysis.
Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to validate system functionality, performance, and compliance with requirements.
- Review user stories and technical documentation to derive comprehensive test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
- Identify, document, and track defects using approved tools; verify fixes and perform regression testing during Agile sprint cycles.
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and system engineers to ensure seamless integration and quality throughout the SDLC.
- Develop AI prompts for the creation of new automated test cases.
- Develop AI prompts for the analysis of existing automated test cases.
- Identify new data sources and libraries to feed AI scripts and prompts in support of AI assisted software testing.
- Support Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups, to ensure continuous quality assurance engagement.
- Ensure all test activities comply with DoD policies, including Section 508 accessibility standards and DISA STIG compliance.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of test plans, test scripts, and quality assurance documentation.
- Provide timely and accurate feedback to development teams to support early issue resolution and continuous improvement.
- Perform validation testing for mission-critical systems including DBIDS, IMESA, and facial recognition tools supporting DoD physical security.
- Assist in developing and enhancing automated testing frameworks in alignment with DevSecOps and CI/CD practices.
