Requirements
- 10+ years of related experience required
- Experience in A/E/C or another industry leading proposal development efforts
- Proficiency with Adobe InDesign
- Experience using a CRM database
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, or Communications
Responsibilities
- Lead teams in the development of persuasive proposals and presentations that differentiate Wade Trim from its competitors.
- Manage proposal content and publish proposals using InDesign. Work with Graphic Designer as needed to support proposal development.
- Use and help maintain Unanet marketing database to track pursuit activities and store qualifications used in proposals.
- Supervise, mentor, and support members of the marketing team.
- Maintain a safe working environment.
