Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry.
  • You’re an organized, detail-oriented problem solver who enjoys keeping projects on track
  • You have experience in program management, event management, communications, and/or people strategy
  • You have strong communication and presentation skills, with demonstrated experience working with both employees and customers
  • You can work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where teamwork and culture-building are top priorities
  • You can plan and implement change effectively
  • You have the ability to work in our headquarters office in Santa Clara, CA at least 3 days a week to foster connection and engagement. Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Support management of leadership development programs and partnerships with external organizations that advance workforce innovation and provide learning opportunities to ServiceNow employees.
  • Create communications plans, amplify opportunities, engage participants, and support logistical operations to maximize impact of programs and partnerships for employees.
  • Monitor data and create quarterly reports to help measure and interpret the impact of the team’s initiatives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the Global Workforce Innovation & Culture team and broader HR teams to drive meaningful action plans based on data trends.
  • Help launch a new Leadership Council in Santa Clara, operationalizing strategies to strengthen engagement for local employees, customers, and community.
  • Work cross-functionally with groups across the company including Communications, Global Impact, Workplace Services, Sales, and more to enhance in-office culture.
  • Align internal and external experiences with ServiceNow’s employer brand and build relationships with key external leaders and partners.
  • Gather employee feedback and turn it into real workplace improvements that help people thrive.
  • Develop engagement plans and represent ServiceNow at public and customer events.
