Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing projects
- 5+ years of experience leading workshops and working sessions
- 5+ years of experience utilizing automated scheduling tools (i.e. OPP, MS Project, Primavera, or Artemis, etc.)
- 5+ years of experience in Risk Management
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business units, and senior leaders to define project scope, develop integrated project plans, and ensure timely execution and measurable impact
- Translate complex topics into clear, concise communications for various audiences—including executive leadership
- Provide strategic recommendations and insights to leadership to support continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and value delivery
- Coordinate the development and deployment of strategy, plans, and supporting processes to meet long-range business objectives
- Analyze data, prepare reports, monitor project health, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across multiple workstreams
- Identify risks, opportunities, and interdependencies, and lead mitigation or recovery planning as needed
- Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to less experienced project managers, contributing to overall team development and capability building
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Project management certification (PMP, PMI, PMBOK, PMBP, etc)
