Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects in advertising or marketing communications in a client-facing role, ideally at a creative agency.
- Proven ability to manage complex, integrated marketing projects from inception to completion.
- Experience working with common project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Slack, and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional projects on time and within scope, ensuring all deliverables meet high-quality standards and client expectations.
- Motivate and direct cross-functional teams to produce outstanding work, fostering a collaborative ‘One Team’ approach.
- Establish and manage project communication and processes, leveraging existing tools to monitor progress and mitigate risks.
- Be responsible for project estimation, planning, and profitability, ensuring projects are delivered within budget.
