Requirements
- Must be a registered Architect in the state.
- 7+ years of professional experience preferred in Higher Education or K12.
- Must demonstrate proficiency in using AutoCAD/Revit programs.
- Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills required.
- Knowledge of building codes required.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and Manage project teams to produce quality sets of documents that comply with the deliverable requirements for all phases of the project.
- Ensure that the project conforms to contractual agreement with client, meeting all set budgets, goals, and work assignments for their project team that clearly defines project expectations.
- Organize and direct the architectural and/or engineering teams to execute the work in an orderly, timely, and coordinated manner.
- Directs, organizes and mentors junior staff with responsibility oversight of their assignments.
- Responsible for maintaining positive client relationships throughout project. Keeps client apprised of project progress on regular basis.
- Provides leadership, resources and technical advice for the generation of construction documents including detailing and finish application, ensuring adherence to design intent and carry through.
- Support Client Executive and/or Principal Architect in supervision and delegation of work.

- Continuous 5-min meetings with Director and Project Managers.
- Able to perform Construction Administration duties.
- Occasional travel required.
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience preferred in Higher Education or K12.
- Working knowledge of graphic programs (SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suites) a plus.
