Requirements
- Ability to work onsite in our Overland Park, KS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- PMP Certification
- At least 2 years project coordination experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management software, with strong analytical and data visualization capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities with experience establishing project controls and maintaining documentation
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience facilitating change management and process improvement initiatives
Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery within established timelines, budget constraints and quality standards
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, track milestones, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on schedule
- Monitor project performance through data analysis and reporting, providing regular status updates and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders
- Create and maintain project documentation including requirements, specifications, schedules, and status reports
- Facilitate effective communication between team members and departments to align project objectives with organizational goals
- Integrate digital automation tools and AI-powered solutions into project workflows to streamline operations and improve team productivity
- Support change management initiatives by coordinating training and providing resources to help teams adapt to new processes and technologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with automation technologies and AI-enabled business tools, with ability to identify opportunities for process improvement through technology adoption
