Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business (required)
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in Project/Program management
- Project Management/Business Management
- Ability to travel (>15%)
- Experience working with Motion Control applications
- Experience in data center cooling or related fields
- Demonstrated team collaboration skills, emotional intelligence, and strong sense of customer orientation.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Work, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in MS Project
Responsibilities
- Project management responsibility for multiple assigned projects, including planning, cost tracking, delivery schedule and risk mitigation
- Lead communication for diverse project specific stakeholders eg: suppliers, customers and Moog internal teams
- Work with the engineering team to ensure technical and commercial support are provided for products/programs
- Ensure that designs meet applicable standards (performance, reliability, producibility, legal compliance etc) and are adequately documented
- Provide regular reports on project KPIs , including, CPI, SPI, EAC, EVA budget burndown, and on-time delivery
- Develop and utilize tools to provide insights on project performance and to assist in task scheduling
- Assist with the creation of designs, product cost estimates and technical proposals for new business opportunities
- Support the process, and ensure compliance to the project management and engineering processes
- Follow Moog systems and procedures for product development, design and production and contribute to the development of improved systems and procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional Qualification in Project Management (PMP/PMBOK) (highly desirable)
