Requirements
- Must be able to work in a hybrid/on-site capacity at our Columbia, MD headquarters
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent technical experience
- 8+ years of experience developing, managing, or supporting complex software or SaaS products
- Hands-on experience with SaaS product development or delivery
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Familiarity with Confluence, JIRA and ServiceNow
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
- Strong project delivery and time management skills in fast-paced environments
- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods; some travel required for quarterly business meetings
Responsibilities
- Ensure all products within the Tenable portfolio align with the overall product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market objectives
- Own technical program planning and execution across Product, Engineering, IT, InfoSec, and other internal teams to deliver on roadmap item commitments
- Foster strong partnerships across technical and business teams to navigate priorities, timelines, and complex interdependencies
- Manage the creation, continuous refinement, and broad communication of the product roadmap
- Proactively identify and resolve technical delivery challenges, from early concept through feature deployment, using creative problem-solving and cross-functional coordination
- Perform other duties and responsibilities that management may deem necessary from time to time
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge and/or experience with enterprise security solutions or infrastructure platforms is preferred
- PROSCI certification is highly desirable
