Senior Program Manager

7+ years of Program Management experience
Proven success in managing multiple programs or large projects of varying scale and complexity
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and product management processes
Deep first-hand understanding of Agile practices
Ability to choose the right methodology (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc) for the right purpose
Experience using tools like JIRA, Notion, Confluence, and Slack
Skilled at influencing outcomes without relying on direct authority
Clear and confident communication with diverse stakeholders
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and apply strategic thinking
Championing teams to create quality products and deliver measurable value
Creating conditions for teams to self-organize and succeed
Valuing relationships and camaraderie across functions

Lead and manage complex programs or large projects throughout the product lifecycle
Drive cross-functional execution by sequencing dependencies and aligning scope, timelines, and priorities
Shape program objectives and success criteria in partnership with PDE discipline leads and senior business stakeholders
Establish and track program performance, proactively communicating progress, risks, blockers, and dependencies to stakeholders
Orchestrate alignment between product development and business functions
Anticipate organizational friction and support change management
Organize and facilitate highly effective meetings for a wide range of audiences
Lead program and org-level process improvements
