Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), or Portfolio Management Professional (PfMp) certification.
• Strong understanding of program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Mastery in project management tools and software, Smartsheet and Jira are a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with enterprise-level project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex programs from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop comprehensive program plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, project teams, and external vendors.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, ensuring proactive resolution of issues.
• Provide regular program updates to stakeholders, including progress reports, status updates, and risk assessments.
• Allocate and manage program resources, ensuring optimal utilization and efficiency.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance program management efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring deliverables meet program requirements.
