Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing in technology organizations that have experienced hyper-growth
- Experience in the finance/investing industry, either at a fintech or a more traditional player
- Experience with and comfort using a wide array of AI tools
- Demonstrated track record of developing go-to-market plans
- Comfortable diving into client behaviour data to find pockets of demand and growth
- Capable of managing interdepartmental relationships
- Detail oriented, ensuring accuracy in marketing materials
- Experience in tech companies where customer and data insights guide decisions
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a bias towards action
- Go above and beyond to seek out growth opportunities

Responsibilities
- Support on our biggest Go-To-Market initiatives
- Lead smaller Go-To-Market initiatives
- Drive more client insights through research initiatives
- Lead new experiments to suggest changes in product and marketing operations
- Develop a deeper understanding of the market and ecosystem
- Stay on top of emerging trends in the investing and fintech industries
- Act as an AI-native marketer by synthesizing client insights and leveraging AI tools
