Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the SaaS or HR technology industry – building, launching, and scaling innovative product marketing programs
  • Proven track record of successfully developing expertise in, and marketing complex products and solutions.
  • Strong understanding of global talent solutions and the international business landscape.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling messaging and presentations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a very fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with sales teams and creating sales enablement materials.
  • Experience with market research and competitive analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic business and market research & analysis to understand market opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends.
  • Liaison cross-functionally to support go-to-market planning.
  • Collaborate with the Brand & Content team to create compelling product collateral, videos, sales tools, and customer case studies etc. to support GTM and equip sales.
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing and Demand Generation teams to drive full-funnel marketing towards pipeline & revenue goals.
  • Drive product launches and release marketing efforts, developing a set of repeatable deliverables in partnership with other marketing leaders and cross-functionally with sales enablement and the rest of the GTM team.
  • Work extensively with the sales enablement team to develop sales strategies, materials, market knowledge, toolkits/templates across all the key segments and across the buying/sales funnel.

Preferred Qualifications
