Requirements
- At least 2 years of product marketing experience.
- At least 4 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in a startup environment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop clear, compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Track record of successfully launching new products or features and driving adoption through effective go-to-market strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.
- Experience setting marketing KPIs, identifying key drivers of success, and managing performance to those goals.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to align on goals.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and optimize marketing performance using analytics tools.
- Clear, concise, and persuasive writing skills, with experience creating customer-facing content.
Responsibilities
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new products and features, ensuring successful launches that drive customer adoption and revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain clear product positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions that clearly communicate Sydecar’s solutions to target audiences.
- Collaborate with product and customer experience teams to understand user feedback and optimize messaging, positioning, and user experience.
- Create and deliver high-impact sales enablement materials, including product decks, competitive battlecards, one-pagers, and customer case studies.
- Partner with the content marketing team to develop product-focused content, including blogs, webinars, whitepapers, and customer success stories.
- Monitor and report on the performance of product marketing initiatives, using data to drive continuous improvement and optimize ROI.
- Work closely with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on product goals and messaging.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a B2B fintech startup.
- Experience in the venture capital or private markets industries.
- Graphic design skills for creating polished product collateral.
