Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 2+ years in a senior or strategic role at a SaaS or tech company
- Strong GTM leadership—able to drive cross-functional alignment, manage timelines, and deliver measurable results
- Familiarity with marketing to multiple personas (e.g., workplace teams, HR, IT, employees)
- Excellent written and verbal communication—you know how to translate technical capabilities into real-world benefits
- Data-informed but story-driven; you can balance qualitative insight and hard metrics to guide decisions
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments and excited by ambiguity, change, and growth
- Previous experience at a startup or high-growth company
Responsibilities
- Lead GTM strategy for major product launches, feature rollouts, and cross-product initiatives—working closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success
- Craft clear, differentiated messaging and positioning that resonates with IT, workplace teams, and hybrid workforce decision-makers
- Drive product adoption and expansion through customer education, lifecycle marketing, campaigns, and strategic content
- Own competitive and market intelligence to inform positioning, enable sales, and identify new opportunities
- Act as a strategic partner to Product, providing insights that shape roadmap decisions based on user research, feedback, and market trends
- Equip GTM teams with sales enablement materials, battle cards, pitch decks, and messaging frameworks
- Tell Envoy’s story—helping us stand out in a crowded space with creative, compelling narratives that connect our tech to people
