Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in a SaaS environment, experience in Talent and HR Tech is a plus
- Strong understanding of the software development and technology landscape
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex product information into simple, compelling messages
- Experience with market research, segmentation, and positioning
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with teams across the organization
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset
- Proficiency in marketing and analytics tools (Tableau, Amplitude, Salesforce)
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to understand market trends, customer needs, and positioning opportunities
- Develop clear and compelling product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that differentiates our product in the market
- Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and updates, ensuring alignment across all channels and teams
- Create high-quality, informative content such as blog posts, case studies, product videos, and website copy that articulates the value of our product to our target audience
- Work closely with the growth and marketing teams to design and implement strategies that attract new users and retain existing ones
- Act as a liaison between the product users and the product team, gathering feedback to inform product development and improvement
- Equip the sales team with necessary product knowledge and materials, including pitch decks, FAQs, and product demos, to effectively sell the product
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of product marketing activities, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights
- Comply with all applicable Company policies and procedures
- Regular and consistent attendance, including in-person attendance where required
- Other work as assigned by your manager or leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Talent and HR Tech is a plus
