Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in dental (dental lab preferred) marketing, product marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of dental lab operations, workflows, and challenges across a range of appliances (e.g., nightguards, dentures, splints, crowns).
  • Proven track record of crafting effective product messaging and go-to-market strategies.
  • Ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear, benefit-driven value propositions.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience working directly in or with dental labs.
  • Familiarity with additive manufacturing / 3D printing technologies.
  • Knowledge of digital workflows in dental production.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, engineering, and executive leadership.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop clear, compelling positioning and messaging for Carbon’s dental lab products and solutions, grounded in deep customer and market insight.
  • Craft targeted content and sales enablement tools — presentations, data-sheets, case studies, video scripts, webinars — that resonate with dental lab audiences.
  • Define and execute go-to-market plans for new products and applications, partnering with Product Management and Sales.
  • Conduct market research and customer interviews to understand lab pain points, decision drivers, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with field sales and partner channels to create campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth.
  • Willingness to travel for customer visits in the field and trade shows.
  • Relationship management with 3rd party trade publications, vendors, agencies and influencers.
  • Strategic Product Marketing budget management.
  • Collaborate on and execute tradeshow strategy and support.
  • Represent the voice of the lab customer internally to inform product strategy, pricing, and roadmap decisions.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities and adjust strategies accordingly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Dental lab experience preferred.
