Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience within a technology or digital organization.
  • Strong knowledge in privacy or compliance within a consumer facing product.
  • 2+ yrs experience in digital ads ecosystem and how it drives revenue.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on documentation that communicates complex subject matter simply and clearly.
  • Experience developing data-driven roadmaps and product strategy.
  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Experience partnering with technical teams on highly complex projects.
  • Formal and informal presentation skills in small and large group settings.
  • Detail-oriented; self-starter, accountable, and empowered.
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Define the strategy and roadmap for audience targeting and monetization across all Direct-To-Consumer products and brands including but not limited to: Audience Targeting & Measurement, ​User Privacy Rights & Consent, Data Governance & Handling, Business Enablement.
  • Evaluate the efficiency & effectiveness of our audience targeting capabilities to support the overall ad strategy, partnering with stakeholders to identify new areas of opportunity for enhancement.
  • Ensure targeting and measurement capabilities are operating optimally, identifying and troubleshooting areas of inconsistency and raising risk.
  • Partner with peer Product Managers, Architects, Engineers, and Program Managers to identify, evaluate, and integrate 1st and 3rd party strategic technical solutions.
  • Gather, define, and clearly document requirements.
  • Share requirements across multiple stakeholder groups, receive feedback, and weigh it against the overall product strategy to make appropriate decisions toward requirements refinement.
  • Leverage research and competitive analysis, anchored by the broader company and product strategy, to prioritize features across a diverse set of high priority initiatives using a systematic, measurable approach.
  • Operate well in the face of ambiguity and imperfect knowledge, drill into business data and research results to identify clear direction and focus.
  • Define and manage metrics and objectives that clearly identify when a feature or solution is working and successful.
  • Drive ongoing leadership and internal stakeholder communications (including Brand, Advertising, Marketing, Legal, Engineering, Operations, Customer Support, etc.) as the product line interface while differentiating appropriately between public and internal messaging.
  • Build healthy, trusting relationships and contribute to a culture of respect by giving feedback respectfully, exchanging ideas openly, and receiving feedback humbly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working within portfolio management systems (ex: JIRA, Confluence, Asana) preferred.
