Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a SaaS environment and in Public Sector
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Critical Event Management solutions, Public Notification solutions, Nixle is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in using product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Aha!).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for technology and a keen interest in emerging trends in critical event management and business continuity.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for CEM for Public Sector, particularly State and Local Government.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver high-quality features and enhancements.
  • Gather and prioritize customer feedback and market insights to inform product decisions.
  • Develop detailed requirements and user stories that translate customer needs into actionable development tasks.
  • Ensure seamless integration of government regulations to enhance product compliance.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to enable effective go-to-market strategies and customer adoption.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Critical Event Management solutions, Public Notification solutions, Nixle is a plus.
