Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in logistics, retail, gig or related field
- A history of strong partnerships with design and engineering, with a general understanding of design and development systems and processes
- Demonstrate a high level of empathy to act as an advocate for gig workers
- Experience with SQL, Figma, Miro, ClickUp or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Own the intake, planning, and execution for new product features, enhancements, and defect resolution
- Steer a multi-quarter product roadmap, pinpointing high-impact opportunities and building compelling business cases
- Lead team ceremonies to keep everyone focused on critical business objectives
- Dive into user insights and data to refine requirements
- Collaborate with a range of stakeholders, from Engineers to Executives, to drive innovation
Preferred Qualifications
- App experience with knowledge of native device capabilities and standards preferred
