Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-impact projects to enhance the capabilities of future Ion platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with global customers and regional teams to capture the voice of the customer.
  • Ensure an optimal customer experience with new and existing products through effective collaboration.
  • Drive product management in the global Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process.
  • Monitor and prioritize global product quality issues with regional teams and customers.
  • Leverage and implement ecosystem solutions with existing customers.
  • Head geographic market expansion projects through regulatory clearance and commercialization processes.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to manage regional product lifecycles through pricing, launch and discontinuation.
  • Conduct regional opportunity and product forecasting in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Identify opportunities for product enhancements by analyzing return data and complaint information.
  • Incorporate customer feedback and field intelligence into product roadmap development.
  • Represent regional teams and customers to propose global product feature updates and next-generation products aligned with customer needs and company goals.
  • Work with regional teams to refine product positioning and establish claims, messaging, and pricing strategies.
  • Ensure smooth execution of product rollout processes within key regions.
  • Monitor product adoption globally and regionally, gathering post-launch feedback.
  • Collaborate with in-region counterparts to develop and implement specific product launch and lifecycle activities.
  • Act as a conduit between global field and product management teams, providing real-time insights from customers and field-based teams.
  • Develop a deep understanding of lung cancer diagnosis and treatment, as well as future clinical areas.
  • Understand competitive, emerging, and complementary technologies within regions and assess their impact on Intuitive’s endoluminal product lines.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research, including direct customer interviews and observations, to inform the product roadmap.
  • Participate in the product roadmap process, aligning with the company’s long-term objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in life sciences, engineering, or business discipline.
  • Experience with international product launches, including the ability to communicate clearly and drive execution across multiple cultures.
  • Hands-on data analysis skills with a demonstrated ability to use data to develop market and product insights and inform decision-making.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: medical software, capital equipment, flexible catheters, robotics.
