Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in software product management
- Deep software experience at one or more operational focused supply chain companies
- Proficient with SQL, Excel and Data Analytics with a deep understanding of metrics management
- Split-testing A/B design and interpretation
- Great communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities
- Help drive the vision and strategy, participating end to end in the product SDLC
- Write requirements and acceptance criteria, partnering with UX, engineering, data science, and QA
- Focus the team on solving the most important problems with solutions that put our users first
- Run and analyze product experiments, determining our next move if we get unexpected results
- Be actively involved in interpreting analytics and product data
- Collaborate with Carvana’s Engineering, Creative, Marketing, Finance, Pricing, and Customer Advocate teams. As we say in Carvana, ‘There are no sidelines.’
Preferred Qualifications
- Good design sensibility (your wireframes don’t make people laugh or cry)
- Knowledge of data science best practices
- Understanding of how machine learning and AI solve real business problems
- Product strategy prioritization experience
- Familiarity with building and launching reporting and dashboarding solutions
