Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with a focus on data-centric or AI-driven products.
  • Strong technical fluency and experience collaborating closely with engineers and data analysts.
  • Experience with complex systems, integrations, and healthcare datasets.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to clearly translate between business and technical audiences.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the product vision and roadmap for data and AI-powered features across the platform.
  • Work with engineering, data science, and design to deliver new tools and functionality from concept to launch with speed and quality.
  • Translate business and user needs into actionable requirements and clearly communicate how data and AI can deliver measurable value.
  • Conduct discovery, research, and rapid experimentation to validate ideas and prioritize high-impact opportunities.
  • Define and track KPIs, using data to iterate and improve products post-launch.
  • Advocate for members, partners, brokers and internal product users from usage and product analysis to inform improvements.
  • Align and collaborate across Engineering, UX, Operations, and client-facing teams to drive delivery and impact.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in health-tech, pharmacy benefits, or healthcare data environments strongly preferred.
  • Proven success launching products that leverage data science, ML, or advanced reporting and analytics.
  • Advanced degree a plus.
