Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of product management experience with a solid track record of delivering successful products within or adjacent to the healthcare industry.
  • Strong quantitative acumen, with experience in analytics tools and AB testing.
  • Experience working with providers/caregivers as end users.
  • Experience working with multiple types of healthcare data.
  • Experience working in a hyper-growth startup environment, and a comfort with a high-growth, dynamic environment, and an ability to balance agility with consistency as business priorities, user needs, and our competitive environment evolves.
  • A strong sense of commercial intuition with experience tying business objectives to product features and development.
  • An ability to navigate ambiguity, with a bias towards rapid execution over process.
  • A self-starter who thrives when given autonomy, with aptitude and desire to build effective internal and external relationships.
  • Strong technical knowledge and foundation in AI/ML and SaaS capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver products that empower every provider to excel, advancing Spring Health’s vision for Precision Mental Health and enabling clinical outcomes at scale.
  • Incorporate best practices in mental healthcare and population health to develop a best-in-class virtual session experience for providers and members.
  • Identify and leverage emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, to enhance mental healthcare delivery with scalable, impactful solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Caregiver Experience, Medical Affairs, and Provider Operations, as well as a dedicated SWAT team of engineers and designers, to rapidly execute against strategic priorities.
  • Gather, synthesize, and apply provider feedback to deliver features that elevate provider satisfaction and support market differentiation.
  • Partner with data science to measure and analyze the impact of your initiatives, using insights to continuously refine and improve product effectiveness.
  • Work closely with the broader Product organization to set strategy within your team’s scope, serving as the subject matter expert and helping guide organizational decisions.
  • “Roll up your sleeves” and drive results as an independent, self-driven product manager with stage-appropriate product management rigor and attention to detail.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies, proactively sharing insights to shape and evolve product strategy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with healthcare infrastructure, in AI/ML, and having worked in an early-stage startup environment is a big plus.
