Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in digital subscriptions.
  • Experience creating and managing B2B digital subscriptions.
  • A proven track record of critical thinking and problem solving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • A collaborative spirit and ability to build strong partnerships across disciplines that result in better product outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable using quantitative and qualitative data to identify user needs and inform solutions.
  • Experience shaping product methodology, technical solutioning, and the software development process.
  • Experience using industry standard software such as Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Jira, and Confluence.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate a compelling vision for WP Intelligence, ensuring alignment with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a long-term roadmap that meets the evolving needs of our B2B customers.
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond. Ensure smooth transitions between product phases, and manage product iterations based on feedback and evolving market needs.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify customer pain points, emerging trends, and competitive landscape. Regularly engage with customers to gather feedback and validate product ideas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, prioritize the backlog, and plan development that results in meaningful improvements for your users.
  • Set product KPIs and partner with engineering marketing, finance, and analytics to ensure product performance is properly monitored and that dashboards and alerts are accurate and actionable.
  • Use analytics and research to generate actionable insights and to identify opportunities and evolve your product area to meet user needs.
  • Lead through influence by building trust and alignment with clear, proactive communication about your plans, progress, successes, and setbacks.
