Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with exposure to or passionate interest in AI, data analytics, business intelligence, or financial software.
  • Experience leading and developing a team of product managers.
  • Strong enthusiasm for AI and its applications in business software, with a desire to champion AI innovation.
  • Understanding of AI concepts, data processing, analytics, and visualization technologies and methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our AI-powered Data Analytics Platform, with special focus on expanding our AI Digital Assistant (AiDA) capabilities.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance on AI discovery methods, prioritization frameworks, and execution strategies.
  • Drive the development of initiatives that enable users to efficiently import, validate, and analyze data using AI-enhanced workflows within their engagements.
  • Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to prioritize features, enhancements, and technical improvements using a data-driven approach.
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with AI technology providers to enhance our platform capabilities and expand our market reach.
  • Engage with customers, partners, and industry experts to understand evolving AI and data analytics needs, pain points, and trends for auditors and accountants.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to translate business requirements into detailed product specifications that leverage AI to address core customer problems.
  • Partner with solution teams to ensure seamless integration of AI capabilities within their applications.
  • Implement and track success metrics to measure AI product adoption, usage, and value creation.
  • Lead discovery work and validate AI product ideas through prototyping and testing before committing development resources.
  • Balance technical debt reduction and infrastructure improvements while delivering new AI capabilities that drive business value.
  • Champion the ethical use of AI in audit and accounting, ensuring our solutions maintain data privacy, security, and compliance standards.
