Requirements

  • BA/BS in Computer Science or Information equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years of product or program management or related experience, preferably with an AI focus building roadmaps, prioritizing user needs, and use cases
  • Broad understanding of the genAI, LLM, and agentic AI landscape as it relates to Cybersecurity and IT Operations
  • Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Amazon Bedrock, and hosted models
  • Analytical and data-driven: can use data and business intelligence tools to define metrics to measure baselines and outcomes
  • Experience with experimentation and delivery of AI-powered experiences
  • Knowledge of cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Experience handling the ideation, technical development, and launch of internally-facing software products
  • Strong track record of working with business stakeholders to drive definition and alignment, strong communication and influencing skills, project management skills, and strong time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the strategic roadmap for AI-based products, ensuring alignment with Tanium’s business objectives
  • Work closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to translate customer needs into technical solutions
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for AI integration
  • Present product vision, updates, and progress to internal and external stakeholders, including customers and partners
  • Drive the adoption of cutting-edge AI technologies to address challenges in endpoint security, IT operations, and data management
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and guide iterative improvements
  • Own the delivery of the product roadmap from ideation to launch in partnership with the engineering teams
  • Identify new market and partnership opportunities
  • Document customer use cases, product requirements, and business justifications for new feature development
  • Partner with internal teams on development of appropriate materials to ensure successful enablement and training on new features and updates
  • Support product marketing initiatives, partner relationships, and other opportunities to accelerate the adoption your products and to build Tanium’s brand
  • Work closely with the business and technical teams to find solutions to daily challenges
  • Leverage innovation and trends in the marketplace to develop strategic solutions.
