Requirements
- 5+ years of direct Product Management experience
- Passion for AI and its transformational potential
- Experience in defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI products and using data to drive product improvements
- Bias to action
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable making decisions and executing in rapidly-changing environments
- Can think strategically about how AI integrated into products for a cohesive user experience
Responsibilities
- Ownership of the product roadmap and execution for Gus
- Drive Gus adoption with end users and expand Gus’s skills by driving adoption of the internal Gus CMS
- Lead your pod of engineering, applied AI, and design to execute the Gus vision
- Collaborate with leadership stakeholders and subject matter experts to expand Gus functionality
