Requirements
- Analyzes business systems, processes, and related data to determine how solutions can be engineered to provide new or improved business capabilities and/or processes.
- Acts as a member of a product team responsible for the translation of business terms and processes into technical requirements, specifications, and/or acceptance criteria.
- Function as a proxy product owner and subject matter expert for their various business domains.
- Core competencies included requirements engineering, requirements elicitation, processes modeling, and workshop facilitation.
- Provides specific functional expertise that is theoretical and conceptual in nature.
- Applies in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline and basic knowledge of related job disciplines.
- Solves complex problems related to own job discipline by taking a new perspective on existing solutions.

Responsibilities
- Uses sound financial and market analysis to build a case for taking a strategic position and informing the business strategy.
- Understands and draws conclusions on strategic issues and reports to management.
- Calculates the potential ROI for a variety of opportunities in order to facilitate strategic decision-making.
- Identifies and manages key business partner relationships, listens to and understands their needs and expectations, maintains open two-way communication and delivers value to business partner.
- Anticipates and recognizes bottlenecks in work processes between teams and makes suggestions for ongoing improvement.
- Leads implementation teams and ensures the successful execution of new ideas or approaches.
- Coordinates with team to define the measures of success for process improvements.
- Breaks down complex information (e.g., legal, operational risk, and regulatory data) into understandable terminology and actionable concepts.
- Uses technical knowledge and expertise to generate comprehendible, broadly-applicable communications based on new and non-typical data.
- Designs differentiated technical communications (content focus, style, presentation, etc.) for various internal and external audiences based on an understanding of their differing levels of familiarity with technical language.
- Identifies the presenting business issue impacting multiple teams and develops the rationale for initiating a project or change.
- Develops potential business solutions and tactics and conducts broad analysis (e.g., pros/cons, cost/benefit, risks, resources, timing) to determine the viability of various alternatives.
- Drafts the business case for change and presents recommended solution based on analysis to own leaders.
- Integrates timelines and milestones across projects, identifying areas of synergy or dependency.
- Determines actual or potential gaps in resourcing for projects and recommends strategies to mitigate.
- Evaluates the progress of projects and makes adjustments (e.g., to task order or timeline) to keep the project on track.
