Senior Product Manager

5+ years of product management experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
Proven experience building high-quality products with design and engineering teams
Understanding of technical systems and engineering trade-offs to effectively prioritize product features
Ability to explain complex concepts simply and build consensus across stakeholders
Strong prioritization, problem-solving, and project management skills to manage ambiguity and drive results
Passionate about diving into data to understand edge cases and optimize product outcomes
A self-starter who takes ownership and turns ideas into actionable plans

Act as the voice of the customer to inform product decisions and strategy
Manage product segments from ideation through launch and ongoing optimization
Partner with Product, Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to identify product opportunities and drive execution
Own the Jira ticketing process and ensure smooth handoff to engineering for seamless product development and feature delivery
Lead new feature rollouts and high-impact strategic initiatives
Continuously assess product performance and identify areas for improvement
