Requirements

- Strong product intuition and craft with a passion for innovation, especially in the AI space
- Experienced in technically oriented Product Management roles with one or more of the following technologies: Search, Intelligent Information Retrieval, Generative AI, Data Science, Predictive Models, Recommendation/Personalization Engines
- Must be metrics and results-driven with experience using A/B testing and web analytics tools
- Experienced in collaborating with cross functional teams spanning Design, Development, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations
- Possess strong understanding of Web technologies and UI/UX
Responsibilities
- Writes product specifications and release documentation including wireframes and flowcharts
- Creates and owns the product delivery process from idea through launch
- Scopes and prioritizes features and tasks based on business and customer impact
- Closely collaborates with the engineering team, designers and engineers to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
- Engages with customers through a variety of channels to solicit feedback on company products and services and internally serves as the voice of the customer
- Gains a deep understanding of customer experience, identifies and fills product gaps, and generates new ideas to drive growth
- Researches, analyzes and outlines new features and business lines
- Performs other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- 5-8 years of Product Management experience at a fast-growing technology company
- Experience building and delivering successful products in a B2B SaaS or Enterprise product environment
- Prior experience working with data platform capabilities: such as the product experience working through full data cycle: ingestion, normalization, processing, storage, analytics, visualization/reporting, and retention/destruction
- Strong data analytics background with a demonstrated ability to translate business needs into creative and engaging output
- Proficiency in working with conceptual data model, data profiling, visualization, SQL etc.
- Good understanding of Data Architecture
- Solid understanding of agile /scrum methodologies. Prior experience in agile environment preferred
- Industry experience in Real Estate or Finance is a huge plus
