Requirements
- 3–5+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS (enterprise or SMB).
- Demonstrated ability to lead product transformation initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Strong collaboration skills with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
- Passion for improving customer experience and solving real-world problems through software.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and making data-informed decisions in evolving environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication across organizational levels.
- Experience with Agile processes and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
- Solid understanding of product discovery, software development cycles, and architectural trade-offs.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize customer problems through discovery efforts that include feedback from clients, internal teams, competitors, and data analysis.
- Partner with design and engineering to evolve existing products and introduce new functionality through MVPs, with an emphasis on rapid learning and iteration.
- Support product transformation by modernizing current user experiences and improving workflows to align with customer needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery of features and address development gaps as needed.
- Monitor and improve adoption and usage of existing products using key metrics such as CAC, LTV, ARPU, and churn rates.
- Partner with marketing and sales to align product improvements with go-to-market strategies and customer acquisition efforts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Petcare industry or familiarity with Petcare services and customer workflows.
- Exposure to design thinking and proficiency with prototyping and design tools.
- Experience with user feedback and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, FullStory, Pendo).
- Knowledge of API-based integrations and B2B2C software models.
- Familiarity with customer-centric methodologies like Jobs-to-Be-Done (JTBD).
