Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management with a focus on user experience.
- Proven track record of successfully managing product operations and delivering high-quality products.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the product operations for IoT products, ensuring efficient and effective processes are in place for product development, launch, and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure seamless product operations and exceptional user experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve product performance, reliability, and user satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
- Define and prioritize product requirements, create detailed product roadmaps, and manage the product backlog.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of product initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
- Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for user needs and ensuring that the product meets their expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with IoT connectivity solutions including connectivity, fleet management and asset tracking
- Strong understanding of AT&T network technologies and BSS/OSS platforms
- Knowledge of user experience design principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools.
