Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management with a focus on user experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing product operations and delivering high-quality products.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the product operations for IoT products, ensuring efficient and effective processes are in place for product development, launch, and lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure seamless product operations and exceptional user experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve product performance, reliability, and user satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
  • Define and prioritize product requirements, create detailed product roadmaps, and manage the product backlog.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of product initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for user needs and ensuring that the product meets their expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with IoT connectivity solutions including connectivity, fleet management and asset tracking
  • Strong understanding of AT&T network technologies and BSS/OSS platforms
  • Knowledge of user experience design principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools.
