Requirements
- 2-4 years of professional experience (post graduation)
- Excellent attention to detail, problem solving, and logic skills
- Strong technical skills and/or the ability to learn technical concepts quickly
- Strong communication skills – you will be collaborating with many different cross-functional teams, ranging from Customer Success to Engineering, as well as directly with clients
- Work well under pressure in a fast-paced work environment
Responsibilities
- Configure marketing campaigns within the Wunderkind platform for some of the largest brands in the world
- Validate campaign logic and confirm end-to-end user experience prior to launch
- Test technical integrations to successfully onboard clients onto the Wunderkind platforms
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues with live clients and campaigns
- Communicate cross-functionally, internally and externally, to identify and resolve issues
- Manage and prioritize workload effectively to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
