Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in product design, UI/UX design, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
- Strong portfolio showcasing product design work, including examples of user-centric solutions.
- Expert in Figma and proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Principle
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
- Familiarity with design systems and agile development methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to define and execute design strategies.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that translate user needs into seamless experiences.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and iterate based on feedback.
- Ensure consistency in design by contributing to and maintaining design systems.
- Analyze and understand business goals, user needs, and technological constraints to deliver impactful designs.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices, with an emphasis on innovation and creativity.
