Responsibilities
- Lead complete projects from initial research and analysis through to delivery
- Ground work in observations, research and analytics
- Translate high-level ideas into tangible, user-centred requirements
- Coordinate with the product design team and product managers to create consistent experience language
- Develop workflows, wireframes, visual designs, specifications and interactive prototypes
- Suggest elegant and simple design solutions
- Actively collaborate and seek feedback
- Communicate design rationale to stakeholders
- Contribute to the roadmap
- Understand motivations and drivers of partners and key-stakeholders
- Advocate for user-centric design practices
- Mentor peers and new hires
- Contribute to the evolution of the design system
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- Experience in the advertising space (preferred)
