Senior Process Excellence Consultant

Bachelor’s degree in related field or direct and applicable work experience.
Minimum 10 years process improvement/business process analysis/business process engineering experience including:
Leading large scale, complex process improvement initiatives using innovation, critical thinking, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
Conducting enterprise-wide redesign initiatives that encompass an end-to-end analysis and implementing future state designs.
Driving business awareness of quality and process improvement methodologies.
An extensive education in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Management
Minimum 7 years’ experience in Microsoft Office Suite, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop effective relationships to build and maintain ongoing, collaborative working relationships while influencing others to act.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Serve as an experienced internal consultant leading large scale, complex, enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives supporting various lines of business across Wellmark.
Apply Business Process Management, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies to improvement efforts, maximizing business performance, increasing customer satisfaction, and returning savings to the bottom line.
Coach, mentor, and teach key executives to identify process improvement opportunities and determine the appropriate improvement methodology.
Ensure process management tools and techniques are cultivated and integrated throughout the organization and business results are achieved and sustained.
