Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to Private Banking clients
- Assist clients with their transactional banking needs
- Promote and sell CIBC products and services to clients
- Support Private Bankers by preparing client presentations and analyzing financial data
- Respond to incoming client requests and process transactions
- Complete complex investigations for clients concerning account activity
- Support Private Banking Advisor in managing portfolios and compliance with regulations
