Requirements

  • 10+ years in relevant strategic or operational roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience in Proptech, Residential Real Estate Services, B2B SaaS, or Platform Marketplace companies.
  • Familiar with B2B2C models, particularly selling to brokers who serve agents.

Responsibilities

  • Play an active role during the annual goal setting and playbook processes.
  • Develop and maintain Balanced Scorecards to track performance, translating strategic goals into operational execution.
  • Lead strategic initiatives, including market expansion, product adoption strategies, and customer engagement programs.
  • Ensure strategic alignment across the matrix organization to drive growth and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate across sales, marketing, product, and support teams to enhance customer experience and optimize touchpoints.
  • Ensure effectiveness in key processes, tools, and governance structures from the lens of the customer.
  • Measure and report on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis the progress of process efficiencies across the matrix organization.
  • Develop and manage Voice of the Customer (VoC) initiatives, ensuring continuous feedback loops for improvement.
