Requirements
- Masters degree in electrical or biomedical engineering or equivalent experience, Ph.D. preferred
- 10+ years combined research, team leadership, product management
- Understanding of semiconductor and medical device market
- Ability to influence across a broad spectrum of individuals and functions
- Highly organized, self-directed style, with strong ability to prioritize
- Must work well in a high-energy, team environment
- Ability to travel 10% of time, domestic and international travel
Responsibilities
- Responsible for identifying and growing areas of breakthrough and sustainable technology advantage ahead of competition in Healthcare
- Interlock with the engineering and market teams across ADI and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment with the overall organizational strategy
Preferred Qualifications
- Exceptional written, oral communication, presentation skills in front of audiences ranging from executive meetings to very large conference style presentations
- Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop hypotheses, and present well-supported solutions
