Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field, with strong proficiency in Excel, SQL/DAX, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- 2–5 years of experience in business analytics, with advanced skills in interpreting complex data, developing actionable insights, and building robust, auditable models to support key business outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Python or R to support advanced analytics, automation, and scalable data solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into business impact (e.g., revenue growth, cost reduction, risk mitigation) with clear and effective communication.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt in fast-paced, high-growth environments, and apply sound business judgment to deliver practical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of advanced analytics models and tooling to optimize Pricing strategies. Drive automation efforts for repeatable processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Maintain robust, real-time reporting systems and predictive analytics models to guide Free Cashflow decisions and ensure Pricing Health is proactively managed and aligned to goals.
- Ensure rapid response to analytics needs and tooling requests. Collaborate cross-functionally to develop SOPs, training, and analytics frameworks that elevate Pricing performance and user experience.
- Provide high-impact, data-driven insights for ad hoc and strategic Pricing decisions. Translate complex data into actionable recommendations with strong business framing and financial clarity.
- Manage and enhance key Pricing tools, while mentoring junior analytics talent. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and professional growth in analytics excellence.
