Requirements

  • 4+ years of work experience developing Enterprise business applications
  • 2+ years of experience using Power Platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in Math, Computer Science, Economics, Business, Engineering or other quantitative fields, OR equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve upon various business applications, provide architectural guidance, and drive PBI best practices for initiatives across LinkedIn
  • Partner with cross-functional teams in designing, implementing, and supporting critical business solutions and processes on Microsoft Power Platforms
  • Develop a deep understanding of the key sales metrics for each of LinkedIn’s SaaS lines of business
  • Drive an alignment on the metric source of truth datasets across Sales Operations, Business Operations, Finance, Data Science, and Engineering teams
  • Partner with Data Science and Engineering to build the optimal platform to support our data processing and consumption needs
  • Act as the subject matter expert in Power Platforms, guiding peers and partners in the tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Anaplan (Level 2 Model Building)
  • Power Platforms (e.g., PL-900)
  • SQL (3 years)
  • Experience mentoring developers or team lead experience (interim or full time)
  • Knowledge of the end-to-end Financial Planning & Budgeting Process, including forecasting, headcount planning, spend management
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex thoughts and strategies into simple, actionable recommendations
  • Comfortable with data and ambiguity; able to both delve into the details and operational tactics and engage meaningfully in the big picture or overall strategy
  • Independently and proactively capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations
  • Excited by working in a quickly evolving team
  • Experience decomposing and solving real-world business problems, ideally building/using advanced Excel models, SQL, PowerBI or Tableau a plus
