Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering from an accredited college or university.
- Over 7 years of experience in an aero-thermal and/or performance-based engineering position.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of propulsion solutions for next-generation aircraft.
- Execute aero-thermal models and trade studies for new concept and derivative engines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to assess technology capabilities and ensure system feasibility.
- Communicate with leadership to shape future propulsion strategies.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely communication of technical data and project status.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering.
- Experience with engine cycle modeling or component aero design.
- Proficiency in NPSS, Python, C++, or similar programming languages.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience working with global cross-functional teams.
