Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 7 years of progressive HRIS experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Workday security, reporting, calculated fields and integrations.
  • Proven experience in HRIS implementation, project management and change management.
  • Have a consultant mindset with a strong drive to solve internal customer/client problems, but willing to be hands on in the details.
  • Experience working with a complex, growing company.
  • Outstanding and efficient writing, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Possess an extreme attention to detail.
  • Reliable and predictable availability.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with People Operations teams to identify innovative opportunities for automation and optimization.
  • Develop a roadmap for how our use of HR technology (Workday, Culture Amp, Greenhouse, etc.) should evolve as the firm continues to grow and become more complex.
  • Partner with the Business Intelligence team to assist with building a multi-year people analytics strategy, shifting from transactional reporting to predictive analytics and actionable insights.
  • Own the HRIS side of the firm’s year-end compensation process.
  • Manage HR technology vendors and systems. Source new technologies/services that will help support our growing business.
  • Drive HR system end user adoption across the firm.
  • Additional duties as assigned or needed.
